How to convert JPG to JPEG XL

Good to know
- Safari, Photoshop, GIMP, Krita and the Windows and macOS photo apps open JPEG XL; Chrome and Firefox don't yet.
- The JPEG XL software (libjxl, about 1.8 MB) loads the first time; a large photo can take several seconds.
