How to make a funnel chart

  1. Paste your data from Excel or Google Sheets, or open a CSV or Excel file.
  2. Add a title, and choose colors, size and number format.
  3. Download it as PNG, SVG or PowerPoint.

Good to know

  • Put the steps in order in the first column and the counts in the second.
  • Each step shows its number and its share of the first step.
  • Turn off "A different color for each bar" for a one-color funnel.
  • Open a PNG saved here to keep editing it: the PNG keeps the data and settings inside.

The chart is drawn in your browser. Your numbers are never uploaded, and this site's security policy blocks the page from sending anything anywhere.

Does PowerPoint get an editable funnel?

The slide gets the funnel as a picture, since PowerPoint's chart files have no funnel type that every version can open.
