How to test your webcam

  1. Press "Test my camera" and allow it.
  2. See the picture, the resolution and the frames per second.
  3. Switch cameras, try higher resolutions, or take a test photo.

Camera not working?

  • Allow the camera in your browser: click the camera icon in the address bar.
  • Close other apps that may be using it, such as video call apps.
  • On laptops, check for a privacy shutter or a camera key (often F8 or F10).
  • On Windows and Mac, check that the browser is allowed to use the camera in the privacy settings.

Perguntas frequentes

Why is my picture smaller than Full HD?

Many built-in cameras only deliver 720p, or less in poor light. Try the 1080p button: the camera uses the largest size it can.
