How to convert MOV to MP4

  1. Choose your MOV video.
  2. The output is set to MP4; choose the quality used if the video has to be re-encoded.

Good to know

  • iPhone videos are usually H.264 or HEVC inside the MOV file; both are copied into MP4 without re-encoding.
  • When the video and sound can be copied into the new format as they are, they are not re-encoded: no quality loss, and very fast.
